2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every offer made by Knopen-Kralen and to every order placed via knopen-kralen.nl. Before you order, you can read, save or print them. We may change these terms; your order is always governed by the terms as they stood when you placed it. Mandatory consumer law always takes precedence.
3. Offer and prices
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in your cart before you pay.
- Our offer is valid while stocks last. An obvious mistake or error in a price or description is not binding on us.
4. Your order
The contract is concluded as soon as you complete your order. You will then receive a confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose a replacement product, or we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.
5. Payment
You pay in advance, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. We process your order as soon as your payment has been received. If you pay by bank transfer and we have not received your payment within 5 working days, the order lapses.
6. Delivery
- We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium, via PostNL.
- Once your payment has been received, we ship your order on the same working day where possible, and at the latest within 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days in the Netherlands and 4 to 5 days in Belgium.
- Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. Small orders are sent as a letter, without track and trace.
- We bear the risk of loss or damage until you have received your order. If your order has not been delivered after 30 days, you may cancel it free of charge and we will refund your money.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you receive your order; if an order arrives in several shipments, on the day after you receive the last one.
- Notify us: let us know within this period that you wish to withdraw from the order (or part of it), by email to info@knopen-kralen.nl. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but this is not obligatory.
- Return: send the products back to the address in article 1 within 14 days of your notification, undamaged and as far as possible in their original packaging. You bear the cost of returning them.
- Refund: we refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown that you have sent them.
- Please handle the products with care and inspect them only as you would in a shop. If a product has lost value through further use, for example because it has already been sewn on, we may charge you for that loss in value.
8. Guarantee
Our products conform to your order and to what you may reasonably expect. If something is wrong after all, such as a wrong or damaged product, please let us know within 2 months of discovering it. We will then replace the product or refund your money. Your statutory rights always remain in force.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@knopen-kralen.nl with a clear description and, if possible, a photo. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and give you a full response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, and insofar as the law permits such a limitation. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
11. Your personal data
We use your data only to process your order, to keep in touch with you about your order and, if you wish, to send you our newsletter. We share your data only with parties needed for your order, such as PostNL and the payment provider, and we never sell it. You can view and change your details in your account. If you would like them deleted, please email us.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every order. If you live in Belgium, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of Belgian law.
