Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium, via PostNL. Once your payment has been received, your order is posted on the same working day where possible, and at the latest within 2 working days.
- Netherlands: usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
- Belgium: usually delivered within 4 to 5 days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. Buttons are light, so a small order often fits through the letterbox as a letter, and you only pay letter postage. Larger orders are sent as a parcel. You will see the exact shipping costs in your cart before you pay.
Letters have no track and trace. If you order often, combine your buttons in one order: we cannot merge two separate orders.
Returns
Not happy after all? You have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. Email us at info@knopen-kralen.nl to tell us which products you are returning, and send them within 14 days after that to Knopen-Kralen, Spinel 64, 2651 RT Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Netherlands. You bear the cost of returning them; we refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days. Read all about the right of withdrawal in article 7 of our terms and conditions.
